Pizza-Style Raclette

We love to try different combinations of cheeses and side dishes at our raclette parties. Surprise your guests (and your taste buds!) with this pizza-inspired raclette.

Serves 8 Servings
8 Swiss Raclette Cheese
30 ml olive oil 
1 clove garlic, minced 
3 sundried tomatoes, chopped 
1 onion, chopped 
60 ml chopped fresh herbs (parsley, oregano, basil) 
Salt & pepper to taste


    1. Heat the olive oil in a pan.  Add chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped sundried tomatoes and fresh herbs to taste.   
    2. Season with salt & pepper.  
    3. Place 1 slice of tomato topped with 1 slice of Swiss Raclette cheese in each raclette pan (8 raclette pans total).  
    4. Garnish with the onion mixture and top with a small slice of Swiss Raclette cheese.  
    5. Bake in the raclette oven and enjoy!
