Le Maréchal

Le Maréchal is a delicious cheese made from raw milk. High in Omega-3, it is characterized by its smoothness and its aroma infused with organic herbs.

Vacherin Fribourgeois

The Vacherin Fribourgeois is one of the basic ingredients of the traditional cheese fondue. It is made in the Fribourg region with raw milk from local farms.

Tête de Moine

The Tête de Moine is a raw milk cheese that is pared into thin layered rosettes before it is enjoyed. Less than 10 cheese dairies in the Jura still produce it according to the AOP requirements.

Le Gruyère

Etivaz is a hard, raw-milk alpine cheese made from May to October in creameries located in the Vaud Alps. It is distinctly aromatic and has fruity taste.


Emmentaler AOP is the famous and popular Swiss cheese with holes. This hard cheese is available in several degrees of maturity, from mild to full-flavoured.

Raclette Suisse

Raclette Suisse is the cheese used for the traditional Swiss raclette. It is a creamy and mild semi-hard cheese made according to an ancestral Swiss recipe.
